SHIPPING POLICY

The Picky Vaper Inc. typically ships all in-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. In some situations though it may take longer.  The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout. 

We offer various Canada Post shipping options. Shipping charges, including cost of packaging and handling fees will be tallied at the time of order and shall cover all cost of delivery to the Buyer’s business address in Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.

Payment must be complete for www.thepickyvaper.com to begin production of the product and the order.

All orders are FOB www.thepickyvaper.com location. In other words, www.thepickyvaper.com’s fulfillment of shipping obligation ends once the product is shipped out.

If applicable to your shipment, www.thepickyvaper.com is not responsible for your region's importation laws. You, the buyer, as the importer of these products, are solely responsible for the importation of the products you order, and you must be aware of your own region's/territory's prohibitions and allowances for importing said products, as well as taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with bringing these products into your region. www.thepicyvaper.com will not be held responsible for any lack of knowledge regarding country/city/province/state/territory/region importation laws. In the event of seizure, the importer is solely responsible for recovering the items, if possible.

Buyer is responsible for completing a full inspection of any shipment against purchase order within 5 days of receipt. Any discrepancies must be communicated within 5 business days of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.
